- We Didn't Deliver: If we completely fail to provide the service and you can't use it as intended, you're entitled to a refund.
- Billing Errors: If we accidentally overcharge you or bill you twice due to a technical glitch, we'll happily refund the extra amount.
- Unused Service: If you haven't used any of your credits or otherwise gone against the refund policy
